	THE FUTURE OF RUSSIAN SCIENCE: TO APPRECIATE OWN EXPERIENCE! The Presidium of the Siberian Branch of the RAS has considered at the session of September, 23, 2004 a project of the Generalized Report of the RF Government to the RF President "General directions of the State policy of the Russian Federation in the field of development of science, technologies and engineering up to 2008" prepared by the RF Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
	THE LETTER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCE As it became known to the "SiS", after the meeting of RAS Presidium of September, 14 the President of the RAS Academician Yu.Osipov has addressed a letter to the Minister of Education and Sciences of the Russian Federation A.Fursenko.
	QUANTUM POINT: SEARCHING THE SELF-ORGANIZING Till now the microelectronics developed towards the reduction of the sizes of separate components, achievable by the perfection of the lithography procedures: drawing with light or electronic beam a certain design on the surface of a crystal. From the beginning up to the end this process is carried out by a man. About ten years ago a new opportunity in manufacturing of the midget structures necessary for the future microelectronics has appeared: an idea of self- organizing. It consists in creating such conditions those would make the nature itself to create the objects of necessity.
