	ANNIVERSARY CONGRATULATIONS Director of the Tecnological Design Institute of Scientific Instrument Making of the SB RAS Doctor Sc. (Engineering) Yu.Chuguy is 60.
	LIMNOLOGICAL SCIENCE OF SIBERIA IS 80 YEARS OLD This year the Limnological Institute of SB RAS celebrates the 80th anniversary of limnological studies on Baikal Lake, those begun to the point the development of Academic science in East Siberia.
	GIVING THE FLOOR TO THE WINNER As it was already informed, in the end of June the results of the competition for the M.A.Lavrentiev Prize of 2005 were summed up. In the nomination "For outstanding contribution to the development of Siberia and Far East" Academician Miesiats has been awarded with a certificate, memorable gold medal and the M.A.Lavrentiev Prizewinner’s breastplate.
