	BUSINESS-INCUBATOR WILL BE STARTED TO BUILD IN KOLTSOVO Investments into the development of the business-incubator of innovation biotechnologies in scientific township of Koltsovo (Novosibirsk Region) in 2005- 2006 will make 80 million roubles.

	RECONSTRUCTION OF HABITATION: INTERLACEMENT OF INTERESTS Reconstruction of habitation is a problem that was proven in large scale last decade. The reason is known: the most part of available housing of our country has been constructed within compressed historical terms, basically for the thirty-year period of 1960s-1980s, and today these buildings, engineering networks and communications are aging practically simultaneously.
	ECOLOGY OF RUSSIA AND ADJACENT TERRITORIES October, 29 the 10th International Ecological Student's Conference "Ecology of Russia and adjacent territories" is held at the Novosibirsk State University.
	WHY FOREIGNERS GO TO SIBERIA? Its quite understandable why Siberian students, scientists, teachers are aspiring to leave from Russia. There are also contrary examples: foreigners come with the same purposes here for one or two years. But in fact the standards of living, educations and, at last, the weather conditions essentially differ from European ones. What does attract the foreigners in Siberia?
	TOUCHING TO STALINGRAD From September, 1 to September, 14 a group of Novosibirsk schoolchildren has visited Volgograd the city-hero. Eight pupils of four schools of the Soviet District of the Novosibirsk City have been selected from 160 activists of school museums.
