	SEARCH FOR PARTNERS, EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCE From March, 28 to March, 30 within the framework of the German and Siberian Technological Forum «High technologies from Siberia» the Russian delegation amounting to 15 people led by Academician G.Kulipanov has visited technoparks and scientific institutes of Germany.
	TOMSK IS READY TO THE SUMMIT Within a year if not more, Tomsk lives with an expectation of the event to take place at the city from April, 26 to April, 27. Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel and President of Russia Vladimir Putin are going to meet there.
	THE PROBLEM OF EFFICIENCY Within the last two or three years a strengthened growth of interest to the creation of technopark infrastructures as well as models of the state, especially regional stimulation of the innovation activities is observed in Russia. So it has coincided, that namely in the Novosibirsk a creation of the technopark "Novosibirsk" was begun almost ten years ago by order of the President of the Russian Federation.
	TECHNOPARK IN THE WEST AND IN RUSSIA The first-ever technopark has been organized in the USA in the beginning of the 50ths on the base of Stanford University (California).

	WHEN THE MOON COVERS THE SUN At the Northern Caucasia Irkutsk astrophysics carried out the observation over the main astronomical event of the year, full solar eclipse occurred March, 29 of this year.

	ADMISSION TO THE POSTGRADUATE COURSE The Institute of Semiconductor Physics of the SB RAS announces the admission to the postgraduate and doctoral courses in 2006.
	THROUGH THE EYES OF GERMAN SCIENTIFIC JOURNALISTS In the summer of the last year the Novosibirsk was visited by a group of 15 German journalists writing about science, of mass-media of Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Cologne and Stuttgart. Not so long ago a brochure has been received from the organizers of the trip where all the publications and texts of the broadcasts devoted to the trip are collected. We give a brief review of these materials (concerning the meetings in Novosibirsk).
	PATRIOTISM BEQUEATHED BY ANCESTORS A new book by the known Siberian ethnographer, Doctor Sc. (History) F.F.Bolonev «Plowmen and warriors of Russian volosts of the Western Transbaikalia of the 19th - the beginning of 20th centuries» was published at the end of 2005.
	CAUTION: TICK-BORNE VERNAL ENCEPHALITIS! The inhabitants of Siberia are looking forward the spring approaching when our forests and fields will turn green, tourists will go to May hikes, and gardeners will engage in their garden-plots. However there are unpleasant moments in all this such as danger to meet ticks, to fall sick of the tick-borne encephalitis.
