	PHYSICAL MESOMECHANICS ON THE THRESHOLD OF A NEW STAGE From September, 9 to September, 12 an International school-seminar «Multilevel approaches in physical mesomechanics. Fundamentals and engineering applications» was held in Tomsk. Now the multilevel approaches of physical мезомеханики are recognized to be actual in the most different scientific fields: in physics, mechanics, chemistry, geology, biology and material science, as well as in numerous engineering applications. There is no alternative for such an approach in the field of nanomaterials and nanotechnologies.
