The Proceedings will be published after the Workshop in a Special Issue of the Journal "Chemistry for Sustainable Development" in English. Only papers presented at the Workshop will be considered for publication. All manuscripts will be peer reviewed and refereed according to the procedure adopted in this Journal, selected papers will be included in the proceedings volume. The manuscripts should be submitted during the Workshop time. For publication in the Journal you can use your extended abstract (up to 12 pages), but designed according to the regulations given below. You can also present another version of manuscript. Guide for Authors

Submission
Typescripts should be submitted in triplicate to the registration desk.

General
Manusripts should be typed in English, double spaced and single-sided on A-4 sheets and should be numbered beginning with the title-page. The first page of an article should contain only (1) the title of the paper, the name(s) and address(es) of the author(s), (2) a short title, (3) the name and address of the author to whom correspondence and proofs should be sent. An abstract of 50-200 words should follow the title-page on a separate sheet. Electronic version (ASCII) is appreciated and will accelerate manuscript preparation.

Text
Headings and subheadings for different sections of the paper (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion) should be clearly indicated. Units of measurement, abbreviations and symbols should follow the International System of Units (SI). Equations and formulas should be typewritten. Equations should be numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals in parentheses on the right-hand side of the page. Special symbols should be identified in the margin.

Tables and Figures
Tables should be supplied with short informative titles and numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals. Tables may be reproduced by photo-offset, i.e. directly from the typed manuscript. Figures in a form suitable for reproduction should be submitted separately from the text as original drawings in Indian ink, or as high contrast, sharp photographs on glossy paper. Lettering on figures should be proportional to the size of the figure to ensure legibility after reduction. On the back of each figure the orientation of the figure and the author and figure number should be indicated. All figures and tables should be cited consecutively in the text and a list of short descriptive captions should be provided at the end of the paper.

References
References should be cited in the text using a number in square brackets in order of appearance. References should be listed at the end of the paper in numerical order.

For a periodical
1 C. Boulesteix and L. Eyring, J. Solid State Chem., 66 (1987) 125.
2 G.Hinteregger, Chemistry for Sustainable Development, 1 (1993) 17.

For a book
3 J. R. Anderson, Structure of Metallic Catalysts, Academic Press, London, 1975.

For an article from a book
4 J.R.MacCallum, in G. Allen (Ed.), Comprehensive Polymer Science, Vol. 1, Pergamon, London, 1989, p. 905.
5 R. J. Zeto and R. Roy, in J. W. Mitchell (Ed.), Proc. 6th Intern. Symp. React. Solids, Wiley, New York, 1969, pp.803-815.

Proofs
Proofs will be sent to the designated author to check typesetting accuracy. No changes of the original manuscripts are accepted at this stage. Proofs should be returned within two days.

Reprints
