For the given local area of Northern hemisphere with use of dynamic-probabilistic modeling the local climatic ensemble of six-hour spatial - time realizations of fields weather elements is constructed. This ensemble is adjusted with the appropriate background climatic regional ensemble on the basis of the variational method of assimilation of the information. For construction of ensembles of realizations the joint statistical and hydrodynamical modeling with use of the real information about statistical structure of the appropriate weather elements fields is used. With use of this ensemble the multistep-by-step method of climatic transport of a passive pollutition for local area is proposed and on the basis of a method of indicator functions some spatial - time statistical properties of the received climatic trajectories are investigated. The work is executed at financial support RFBR JUGRA (03-05-96817)
