Approximation of functions and quadrature formulas

There is a definition of some new positive parameter which is called the guaranteed radius of a cubature formula in the paper. This positive parameter is used in estimations of the error of the cubature formula under consideration. For given number of nodes we derive the estimation of the distance between the guaranteed radius of the formula and the norm of its error functional.
