Numerical solution of differential and integral equations

The pollutant transport model based on contour dynamics.

A method of the solution of pollutant transport problem in the barotropic fluid on the sphere is introduced. This method is based on the assumption that the dynamical equations has an invariant which is conservative for any fluid particle. The semilagrangian approach is used for solution of the transport equation . A series of numerical experiments was conducted.
