Statistic modeling and Monte Carlo methods

Proteasomes are responsible for protein degradation. We consider a model process of protein-proteosome interaction during this process. Stright simulatio is very slow and ineffective. A method has been proposed to improve Monte Carlo modeling procedure which enables to speed up the computational process.
