The « 3.2" law has the big practical importance for the analysis of electron-optical systems with intensive charged particle beams. In the present work its generalization on a case of the any curvilinear diode with non-uniform of a current density is offered. The solution in such diode is expressed by potential of an electric field and its derivatives on a collector. The approximated expressions of the solution and results of numerical calculations of a modeling problem are presented.
