About a fimite element approach to solving singular perturbed problem

We propose the numerical method of solfing of problem for ordinary differential equation with small parametr at derivate. Method based on synthesis of regularization for singular perturbated problem Lomov's with method of finite elements. The accuracy of constucted solution is has oreder O(epsilon h), where epsilon -small parametr, h- step of net.
