The numerical calculation of elastic bodies with incommensurably thin and small elements of structure (for example, bodies with coatings) is usually integrated to the very high order and poor conditionality of an appropriate system of algebraic equations. These circumstances can result in to loss of accuracy, computing instability and, in the issue, to an incorrectness of calculation.

Different designs regularizing of algorithms finite - and boundary - element solution sequentially are analyzed and their efficiency for the considered class of the tasks is investigated. The designed software product of parallel calculations of the solution in two versions is described: with implementation in MVS-900 and with a weight distribution in a cluster of workstations.

Matching the calculated partiсular solutions with the precise analytical solution and with the data MSC.Nastran is carried out.

The statement and algorithms of calculation of bodies with allowance for of properties of transient phase layers and intercomponent defects, including by the way of cracks is considered.

The outcomes of calculation of cutting instruments with mono and multilayer composite coatings, and also discrete and gradient different compositions "the basis - coating" are submitted. The analysis of the obtained outcomes is made, which one allows to establish influencing width, frame and relief of coating on margin of safety of ware with coatings.
