Numerical solution of differential and integral equations
The vast literature is dedicated to algorithms of construction of mobile adaptive grids automatically fine-tuned to features of the solution of a problem. However, as far as we know, in the literature there is not a stringent mathematical substantiation of convergence of such algorithms to limiting grid, on which one the estimation of error at a call-off quantity of clusters will be optimum or close to optimum. In the present work the stringent mathematical substantiation of convergence of algorithm of adaptation for the model singular perturbed boundary value problem are resulted and the results of the numerical experiment verifying the theoretical results are given.
