Numerical solution of differential and integral equations

Collocation and least-squares method for 2d heat conduction equation

Numerical method of collocation and least-squares is developed for solving two-dimensional heat conduction equation. It combines finite-difference and finite-elemet approaches. Method allows one to easily realize different types of boundary conditions (Dirichlet, von Neumann and combined).
