Dis-computer: the theory and practice

On the basis of the critical analysis offers to formation of cybernetics of the new level based on algorithmic models of systems are brought. Through representation of the DIS-computer with attraction of genetically caused families of operators paradoxes characteristic for iterative processes are resolved. The unity of physical and alive objects is embodied in the DIS-computer by means of the account of a phenomenon of a configuration, than development of flexible DIS-technologies is provided. The DIS-technology on solving problems of two dot bodies is shown.
