Dynamical on rates инноваций the market of telecommunication services Accompanies with a wide spectrum is brave: from operational up to strategic. The realized brave events derivate already significant economic damages, that them to not notice. Significant volume of unforeseen expenses can be prevented by an adequate control system of risks. The questions of a variety, identification, modeling and management of risks in the market of telecommunication services are discussed.
