Generalized technique of the analysis of adaptive algorithms with an estimation of block reception quality

In this paper the generalized technique of the estimation of the block length adaption systems on 3-state discrete channel is developed. This technique, unlike existent, takes into account the possible errors during state estimations and initial probabilistic characteristics of discrete channel presenting process of state changes.
