Abstracts

In the report it is covered the generalized investigation materials of problems to provide a cryptographic protection of satellite informational and telecommunicational system creating in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Here the objects of cryptographic protection are marked out and the recommendations to specify the character and presentation ways of protected information are given. It is determined requirements for level of information protection according to the Standard of Republic of Kazakhstan 1073-2002 with taking into account fulfillment of the main application areas of crypto transformations: for information encryption saving in backbone data, for encryption of communication transferable in wire and wireless environments of satellite systems; for authentication and checking of communication integrity. To create effective system of encryptic protection and elaboration of robust and stable algorithms of encryption and forming digital signature it is proposed to use non-positional polynomial systems of calculation.
