The decision making systems: the openness and the perspectives of the application

The presentation of the objective decision making systems has been developed on three parallel levels – ontological, logic-topological and causative. The appropriate special bases for the development and application of such systems have been laid. It has been showed the each of the given levels needs the description of the objects and methods on the TDIS-language and each of the objective decision making systems posses the characteristics of the open system.
