The present paper continues the development of modeling of real processes on the basis of the dynamic information systems theory (DIS, TDIS) by synthesizing philosophical, physical and mathematical facets of the issue. The conference reports supported by the ICT SB RAS (Institute of Computational Technologies of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences) have expounded the fundamentals of the DIS-technologies of the catastrophe modeling, the DIS-approach to decision-making systems and have also formed an objective synthetic automat for providing a process imitation. The integral element of decision-making of the DIS-technologies is bifurcation in the pattern as a prototype of transient which must occur in the simulated system in accordance with either objective laws or a subject’s will. Anyway, the pattern must be maximum objective and this is provided in the DIS-technologies. The notion of DIS-phase space is connected to the interpretation of phenomena of motion including bifurcation and it helps in the organization of DIS-technologies of the decision-making. This allows of putting into practice an effective conversion of DIS functioning language to traditional classical concepts of motion and vice-versa. The paper contains qualitatively various examples of DIS-technologies realization.
