The induction bore hole logging data interpretation required the solution of problem of three dimensional electromagnetic field in heterogeneous media modeling. The deformation of boundary surfaces appeared in bore hole drilling. Analysis of this deformations influence get a possibility of measurement informative determination. The program complex for solving such problems was realized and verified. It based on vector finite element method and special procedure of tetrahedral mesh creating. In paper the results of test problem modeling are offered.
