Monitoring of the cloudy formations using GEO sattellite data

The method based on coefficient maximums discovering of cross correlation is one of the ways of object(in particular cloudy formations) spatial motion detection on GEO satellite images occurring at different times. Here, the correlation is used as the means of equivalents discovering of object target which is the part of the current image, on the next image of images series. In the work presented, to increase the results authenticity of discovering new positions, the targets are transformed, i.e. adjusted to scale, rotation and translation.
