The synchronous survey of the geomagnetic array data allows to apply for reception of the information about investigated region nonconventional methods of processing with application of nonlocal functions of the medium response. In this paper, the algorithm of data processing is used which based on the coordination among themselves of all variations of horizontal and vertical components of the geomagnetic field observed on the Earth’s surface in network points of region. The process of search of conductivity model in researched volume is carried out by optimization methods. By the specified way we are processed the geomagnetic world network observatory data of the European region for 2004-2005 years on daily variations for first five time harmonics. Maps of the lateral heterogeneity of the apparent conductivity in Europe are constructed depending on the time period. The correlation between arrangements of conductivity maxima and lithosphere thickness minima is noticed. In particular, on maps of lateral distributions of the apparent conductivity it is possible to allocate Pannonian basin and Rhenish massif, where the lithosphere thickness on the seismic data decreases up to values of ~50 km.
