Models of blasts traces reconstruction

Raputa V.F.

Institute of Computational Mathematics and Mathematical Geophysics SB RAS (Novosibirsk)

In the presentation mathematical models of reconstruction of radioactive aerosols fallout fields from instant overland and high-altitude sources with reference to traces of nuclei blasts are discussed. In the semi-kinetic model of aerosol admixture sedimentation approach, the correlations for estimation of aerosol admixture fallouts densities are derived and optimal schemes of sampling are numerically modeled. The approbation of models presented with application to experimental studies on spraying small and large size aerosol admixtures from high heights was carried out. On the basis of experimental observation of radioactive contamination of Central Siberia snow cover by nucleus blast in Novozemeliskii polygon on 30th October 1961 data, the numerical reconstruction of fields of density of Zr95 + Nb95 fallouts using small number of supporting measurement points was carried out. Applying presented asymptotic correlations; the analysis of traces formed by overland nuclei blasts in Semipalatinsk polygon was carried out. This work was partly supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research Presidium of RAN, project 16.11.
