The three-dimensional mathematical model of the ocean dynamics with the dissolved gas transport model by the ocean currents is used for the quantitative evaluation of the scale of a possible methane flux into the atmosphere from the decomposed subbottom methanehydrates. The ocean model response on change of sea surface temperanure till values of the last glacial maximum is analyses. The results of the experiments as a whole give a reasonable coincidence of the methane flux into the atmosphere and the time of the beginning of destabilization with available estimations.
