Geoelectrical problems may be classified as problems with sparse localized source of electromagnetic field or source with impulse or harmonic dependence of time. The aim of geophysics investigation is study of geological heterogeneous. These heterogeneous are characterized by difficult geometric forms and coefficients of dielectric permittivity and electrical resistance modified in wide domain.

Mathematical model is described by system of Maxwell equations. This system may be performed as hyperbolic, parabolic or elliptic equations. The performance of Maxwell equations is depended of regime of electromagnetic field simulation and properties of environment. Variational equations and discrete vector finite element analogies for these problems demand special numerical schemes. In report analyzed algorithms of three-dimensional vector Maxwell equations solving in domain with discontinuous physical properties. The discrete analogies are based on simplicial mesh with hierarchic vector basis second and third orders.
