The paper gives a description of network system that is aimed to Internet users with common interests. The system provides them with tools for collaborative implementation of innovation projects as well as tools of information space construction and information sharing. The technology of construction of such a system, which is based on DCMS library, is discussed. The generation of Web and GUI interface is designed on the basis of onthologies of innovation activity for the system. The capability of using of SSCC computational resources is implemented for the stages of innovation projects that require simulations.
