Reconstruction procedures of inverse matrices, inverse to basis

Algorithms to reconstruction inverse matrices in which preassignment of leading elements is based on solving assignment problems are considered. Then, the order of using leading elements is set to save memory with the help of symmetric permutations. The algorithms are designed for use in optimization packages.
