Computational algebra

Iterative parallel solver for huge sparse matrix

In this article the package of program for solving system of linear equations for computers with distributed memory is proposed. This package based on algebraic domain decomposition in iterative algorithm. On each MPI-process for effective solving internal problems subroutines from library named Intel MKL are used. In this article block diagrams of proposed algorithm and performance charts of algorithms are represented. Also there is performance comparison with world-known package based on similar approach.
