Grafo-analitik metod IDENTIFICATION OBJECTS AND SUBJECTS OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN THE INTERNET

The methods and models of problem solving proc-esses, connected to identification, of interaction of the subjects and objects of the in-tellectual property in the Internet/Intranet network are considered. In a basis of of-fered methods the units of graph-analytic numeration are used. The developed models allow to simplify the source task of identification of complex dynamic processes of legal regulation of interaction of the subjects and objects of the intellectual property on the basis of synthesis in an interactive mode graphics design for specific data do-main. The offered methods and models are realized because of object-oriented tech-nology of the Java language.
