The best toolkit for creation of data warehouse on a parity price-quality is a platform of the following configuration: Operational system - LINUX REDHAT 7.3; СУБД - ORACLE 9.2 Enterprise Edition (the built - in construction tools of warehouses of the data).

Opportunity ORACLE 9.2 to use relational tables for creation of data warehouse, allows to transform available databases to making storehouses easily.

Data warehouse represents set of N-dimensional cubes of the data.
