This paper we are considered Modeling 3-D electromagnetic field in the vertical borehole and containing not uniform ambience. In the borehole displaced comparatively axis a probe is placed. The system of Maxwell equations is reformed to the second-order equation for the electrical field. For discretizing a problem is used vector finite elements method , allowing to keep physical characteristics of electrical field. In work present results of test calculations, confirming rubust of developped algorithms and calculations of real boreholes with different characteristics of containing ambience and positions of probe.
