The problem of modelling time-harmonic electromagnetic fields often arise in geophysical applications such as geoelectrical prospecting and well logging. In this work numerical schemes obtained on the base of vector finite element method are adduced. It allows to take into account field's behavior at the material boundaries. Results of the investigations of offered numerical schemes with reference to problems of geoelectrical prospecting and well logging are presented. Some results of numerical experiments for model and applied problems are showed.
