Determination of physical properties of the vicinity of a borehole trough data of geophysical measurements in boreholes is an incorrect problem. It is complicated just as by discreteness and errors in field data (experimentally conditioned equivalence), so by the problem on choosing a model class in which the solution of the problem is sought (model equivalence).

Inverse problem properties are markedly improved if geophysical investigation in boreholes would be considered in combination with hydrodynamic processes, which attend drilling and other in-process works (flushing-out of wellbore, change of drilling mud).

In the present work, problems on construction of a combined geoelectric and hydrodynamic model of the borehole vicinity and determination of both electrophysical and poroperm parameters of oil-bearing formations have been considered using optimization methods. Interpretation of the wide spectrum of field data obtained in oil fields of West Siberia has been performed. The data of geophysical, petrophysical, geological, and industry research agree well.
