Research of dependence of a hydrological regime of the Black sea on alternation of the atmospheric processes developed above territory of the Black sea in real time, is very important from the point of view of the organization of the system of monitoring of hydrophysical fields. The system will allow on the basis of the operative input data and of the sea dynamics model to predict the future state of the sea environment.

For investigation of this problem the baroclinic model of the sea dynamics is used, which is based on the complete system of the ocean hydrothermodynamic equations and takes into account the following basic physical factors: quasi-realistic bottom relief, absorption of solar radiation by sea water in the upper layer, water exchange through the Bosporian strait and Danube inflow, horizontal and vertical turbulent exchange. The problem is solved on the basis of a two-cyclic splitting method on physical processes, vertical coordinate planes and lines.
