On the basis of the full non-adiabatic equation system of the atmosphere hydrothermodynamic the interactions of the Caucasian Region relief with the given large-scale fields of atmospheric motions are investigated. Known relief following system of coordinates is used, which allows to take into account the complex form of the relief of the region effectively. On the basis of analysis of the results of numerical calculations, some prominent features of interaction of the high mountain range of the Caucasian Region with large-scale currents is obtained. The changes of fields temperature, pressure, humidity and clouds are investigated. As a whole, the received results adequately describe really observed meteorological processes.
