Direct and Inverse Radon Transform on Strip using Fan Beam Data

Tha Radon transform on strip can be classified as a linear model of the crosswell seismic tomography. In this work we consider several special cases when tomographical acqusition systems arrange the data in form of the divergent beam projections. Inversion formulas based on Hilbert transform techniques are obtained.

Computational methods for stable processing of fan beam data are implemented in Matlab language. Graphical user interface with interactive vusalization and reconstruction has been developed within the Matlab environment. Numerical test results with forward and inverse problem solutions are illustrated.
