Statistical measuring precision estimation of navigation consumer equipment function on signal of cosmic navigation system GLONASS/GPS, used in modern geoinformation systems

Modern cosmic navigation methods are used in navigation motionless and mobile objects, geodesy, development of deposit oilfield and gasfield in sea bottom, creating digital Earth surface maps, mounting bore-hole platform, high velocity ships control, sea and surface geophysics, gidrology etc. Action many perturbation factors calls errors forming in consumer navigation vector estimation. This fact is demand creation of special mathematical methods, algorithms and programmes for reliable precision estimation of navigation consumer equipment. This mathematical methods, algorithms and programmes are developed and represent in this article. Numerical estimation results of navigation consumer equipment precision are represent.
