Developed in ICM&MG automated graphic system "Duty general plan of NSC engineering networks" provides queries of divisions of engineering services of Academgorodok, giving the information environment common for all communications on the base of the topographical plan of scale 1:500. Modelling of engineering networks is based on their representation as multilevel mathematical graph, that allows to solve applied tasks in the process of their occurrence, taking into account all technological connections of an engineering infrastructure as a whole. The system is focused on planning, forecasting of development and inventory of objects of an engineering infrastructure, operative dispatching management, calculations on model of distribution of pollution in natural environments, reaction to failures and extreme situations. The georelational data model of system allows to cooperate not only with graphic elements, but also with complex data objects, to set hierarchical structure of objects and to make their navigation. The model integrated with DBMS Oracle with the help of SQL Manager (from GIS Microstation Geographics), supports overlay operations of definition of spatial connections between layers of the data. The main toolkit of program realization - object-oriented OLE-technology and MDL language, where original GIS appendices, dialogues and the menu are created. WAP GIS server developed on the language of ASP-scripts, by means of WAP report of wireless Internet and the mobile phone, will authorize Intranet access to DB engineering networks during repair, inspection and elimination of failures.
