Atmospheric aerosols (AA) play a main role in many atmospheric Processes (formation of an cloud and formation of an atmospheric precipitations, radiating heat exchange, visibility). They render essential influence on quality of an environment, a climate, Chemistry and physics of an atmosphere. Property of atmospheric aerosols are defined by a spectrum of the sizes, concentration, chemical compound and structure of particles. The range of sizes AA covers 5 orders of size, concentration - more than 10 orders. It is extremely combined chemical compound AA. Existential variability is huge characteristics AA. Now there is no uniform method of measurement of all sets of characteristics AA. It creates the big difficulties by comparison of results the huge experimental material accessible from publications in various editions and system the Internet. This problem can be solved, if to unit efforts of aerosol experts, having long-term experience on creation of techniques and equipments for measurements of characteristics AA and experts in the field of modern information technologies. For this purpose it is necessary to collect and analyse published in various editions and the Internet the various information on characteristics AA on uniform to technique in which basis principles of the decision incorrect problems lay, for example Tikhonov method normalization. Further it is necessary to develop information model, metadates structure and the generalized approach for formation and fillings of files of entrance data, including their unification and communications. It will allow to cite the diverse entrance data to the uniform standard and to create global Data Base on AA with the help modern information technologies. The constructed structure of databases should be clear and accessible wide to circle of users, who is not the expert in the field of information technologies.
