Mathematical problems in geotechnologies

Modeling of Monitoring of Anomalous Zones with Harmonic Vibration Signals Sounding

The variations of the stationary vibroseismic field caused by the changes of the seismic waves velocity characteristics in the interior zones of the medium are determined using the mathematical modeling. The elastic layer with the spherical zone with changed characteristic on the elastic half-space is used as the model of the Earth’s crust with anomalous zone and mantle. The problem of the diffraction of the harmonic wave on the spherical zone is considered. The wave field and its variations are determined in the ray’s approximation. The estimates for the variations of the phases and amplitudes of the wave field on the surface are obtained in dependence on the size of the zone and the frequency of the signal.
