	IN THE PROTON COOLING WE ARE AHEAD OF THE ENTIRE WORLD! Novosibirsk physicists have created the first in the world installation for electronic cooling of heavy charged particles almost thirty years ago. For this time it has enslaved the entire world, and only this year it is appreciated by the Russian State, being marked with the superior prize of our country.
