	CONGRATULATING THE RUSSIAN STATE PRIZE WINNERS! 23 Russian Federation State Prizes of 2002 in the field of science and engineering are awarded according to the Russian Presidential decree of December, 13, 2003.
	HISTORY OF BYELORUSSIANS IN SIBERIA, THE BOOK MARKED WITH A PRIZE The Academician V.A.Koptiug Prize, annually awarded by the National Academy of Sciences of Byelorussia and the Siberian Branch of the RAS for the achievement of the best results in joint scientific researches, for the first time has been handed to humanitarians, the team of the Siberian and Byelorussian historians for the book "Sketches of the history of Byelorussians in Siberia in 19th – 20th centuries".
