	THE DAY OF RUSSIAN SCIENCE Congratulation for the employees of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
	PRESS CONFERENCE DEVOTED TO THE DAY OF SCIENCE
	SIBERIANS, THE WINNERS OF THE GRANTS OF THE FOUNDATION FOR THE DOMESTIC SCIENCE ASSISTANCE OF 2007 At the end of January, 2007 the board of guardians of the Foundation for the Assistance to Domestic Science has promulgated the names of the winners of Foundation in the nomination «Outstanding scientists» of 2007. The winners of competitions for the Foundation grants in the nominations «Candidates and Doctors Sc. of the RAS» and «The best post-graduates of the RAS» are determined too.
	THE ACADEMIC MEDALS FOR YOUNG SCIENTISTS The Presidium of the RAS has decided to present a large group of scientific youth with medals and premiums. There are a lot of Siberians among the awarded.
	UNWEARIED BY THE SUN It was highlighted on a large screen: «The Institute of Semiconductor Physics welcomes Academician Zh.I.Alfiorov», and some minutes after the overcrowded conference hall of the Institute has applauded to meet the Nobel Winner.
	«WE HAVE COME TO REAL RESULTS» The Institute of Computing Simulation of the SB RAS is one of the "fragments" of the Krasnoyarsk Scientific Center closely connected with the other scientific and education institutions of the Krasnoyarsk City, is conducting an active research work and makes all the efforts for practical application of its scientific developments.
	HEAT EXCHANGE There has been a not ordinary event at the Institute of Thermophysics of the SB RAS. At the session of the Academic Council a report on the working of the International laboratory for heat exchange has been presented.
	THE METHODS OF AEROPHYSICAL RESEARCH: SCIENCE AND APPLICATIONS The 13th International Conference ICMAR-2007.
	INTEGRATION PROJECT WITH TAIWAN At the end of November, 2006 a symposium on numerical and experimental simulation of micro-processes and their application in mechanics has been held in Taiwan.
	THE EXPERIMENTAL PLANT DEFENDING ITS CORPORATE IDENTITY The history of the Experimental Plant of the SB RAS is inseparably linked with the activities of all the scientific divisions of the Branch. About 50 years the samples of the most advanced equipment are made and unique equipment is created here.
	FIVE YEARS OF THE ISC OF THE SB RAS Within several days in the Irkutsk Scientific Center the commission of the Presidium of the SB RAS worked analyzing and assessing the state of scientific, scientific-organizational and economic activities of the ISC for the past five years.
	THE PARADE OF SCIENTIFIC FORCES OF OUR COUNTRY The Federal Target Program «Research and development in the priority fields of science and engineering» divided into the stages of 2002-2004 and 2005-2006 has come to the end.
	YOUTH, SCIENCE, TECHNOPARK The topic on the construction of technopark in the Novosibirsk Academgorodok was one of the most urgent on the pages of our weekly last year. Recently one more talk concerning the technopark has taken place in the editorial office. Its participants were the representatives of the Council of Scientific Youth of the SB RAS.
