	THE STRATEGY DISCUSSED IN ULAN-UDE April, 2 at Ulan-Ude the capital of Republic Buryatia two meetings took place under the direction of the RF Presidential Plenipotentiary in the Siberian Federal District A.V.Kvashnin: on the realization of the projects of the founding special economic areas in the Siberian Federal District and on the development of the Strategy of the Far East and the Baikal Region social and economic development for the period till 2025.

The last developments of scientists in the field of coal dispersion and metal production can qualitatively change the process of some branches development in the Russian economy. 	THE SCIENTIST, CREATOR AND TEACHER April, 7 the scientific and education community of Krasnoyarsk region has celebrated the 100th anniversary from the birthday of L.V.Kirenski, an outstanding scientist and good man, the founder of the Academic science in Krasnoyarsk.
	"MAX", "MRIA" AND SPACE FACTORY In 2007 an "Aerospace industrial systems" consortium. There are "Screen" basic orbital multipurpose technological industrial system and "MAX" multi-purpose space system, a new space plane among the projects developed by the consortium.

	TO PREVENT THE "EROSION" OF SCIENTIFIC SCHOOLS 60 years ago in Novosibirsk, in the structure of the Medical and Biologic Institute a Soil Study was organized, which then became the base for the creation of Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry that is 40 years old.
