	THE PRESIDENT OF THE RAS AT THE ACADEMGORODOK June, 23 to 24 a long-awaited event took place: the Novosibirsk Scientific Center of the SB RAS was visited by the President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Yu.S.Osipov.
	THE LIST OF SCIENTIFIC AND SCIENCE ORGANIZING ACTIONS FOR JULY
	A BROAD-GAUGE VIEW AT THE UNDERSTANDING OF PROGRAMS The International conference of "Prospects of the Systems of Informatics" (PSI’09), devoted to memory of outstanding Russian scientist, mathematician and programmer Academician Andrei Petrovich Ershov (1931-1988), is held by the ISI of the SB RAS for the seventh time since 1991.
	KAZAKHS OF RUSSIA: THE HISTORY AND THE PRESENT An International scientific and practical conference "Kazakhs of Russia: the history and the present" devoted to the 35th anniversary of the Omsk State University was held in Omsk.
	NORTH ASIA THROUGH THE PRISM OF INFORMATICS Within the first ten days of June at the Hanh settlement (Mongolia) the 10th All-Russian conference of young scientists on mathematical modeling and information technologies has taken place organized by the Institute of Computational Technologies and the Institute for System Dynamics and Control Theory of the SB RAS.
	THE PROGRESS OF THE PUBLISHING HOUSE OF THE SB RAS In September of this year the Publishing House of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences is 15 years old. A high scientific and publishing level of the books of the Publishing House was repeatedly marked by the diplomas of the competition "The Best book of the year" held by the Association of Publishers of Russia.
	COMPLEX EXAMINATIONS OF THE SB RAS INSTITUTES PROCEEDING… The Institute of General and Experimental Biology of the SB RAS. What does this scientific division today lives for, what the scientific subjects are developed, what the problems does it face with, all this and a whole series other questions should be found out as the result of the Complex examination of the Institute of General and Experimental Biology of the Siberian Branch of the RAS which took place from April, 20 to April, 25.

	ALL-RUSSIAN POPULATION CENSUS OF 2010 The Administration of the Soviet District and the Novosibirsk Regional Board for Statistics bring to the notice of the inhabitants, that by autumn of 2010 there will be carried out an All-Russian population census simultaneously all over the territory of Russia.
