	AN INNOVATIVE COMPANY HAS BEEN SET UP The Irkutsk State Technical University and the Siberian Institute of Plant Physiology and Biochemistry of Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences have established a joint innovative company BIONIKA LLC.

	IN THE NAME OF FUTURE World Environment Day was proclaimed by the UN General Assembly on June 5, 1972. Since 2008, on the same day Russia celebrates the Day of Ecologist. Press-conference devoted to these dates, has been held at the Presidium of SB RAS. It was attended by scientists, conducting research in the field of ecology and environment.
