Financial conditions

1. Payment for publication (65 Euro per 1 paper, up to 8pages);
2. Registration fees up to 600 Euro for all participants includes: organization expenses, publishing of Proceedings, leasing of Conference-hall and equipment, transportation and information expenses, souvenirs, rooms reservation, accommodation in the 2 bed rooms, excursions and other cultural events, 3-time meals and evening tea;
3. By additional requests – rooms of higher quality (1-bed, semi-luxury or luxury) with additional payment according to the boarding house price list:
   • Bed in Double room - 430 Euro;
   • Single room - 900 Euro;
   • luxury Apartments - 1200 Euro.
4. The costs of commercials in the proceedings are settled by additional agreements depending on needed area and whole amount of applications;
5. Fee for the correspondence participation is 50 Euro;

All the accepted papers will be preliminary published in the Conference proceedings.

The camera-ready paper for the Proceedings must be in the format that will be specified in the site of the Conference by April 30, 2006, in LaTeX in the Springer LaTeX format.

The Conference will take place in rest home "Parus" near Novosibirsk.

It is possible to reach Novosibirsk by air, train or bus.

Meeting and transportation to the hotel will be organized in the airport Tolmachovo and railway station of Novosibirsk on July 30, 2006.
